The development of The Cascade Agenda represents a lot of hard work by many people.  The participation was sweeping with more than 4,500 people engaged in the process that launched The Agenda in May 2005.  Now we are engaged in a great effort to implement The Agenda, an ambitious but achievable goal.

Toward that end we have assembled a strong Leadership Team and a substantial Coalition of supporters of The Agenda.  Work is already under way.  The region has the most capable elected officials, businesses and business leadership, civic leaders and community advocates anywhere in the country.  If an answer to community vs. sprawl can be done anywhere it can be done here.  The leaders of The Cascade Agenda are certain it can be done here.

The Agenda is recognition that all of us have an opportunity by working together to create an outstanding legacy for our region.  A chance for our generation to make a fundamental difference in this region's quality of life that will last forever.

The Supporters

The Cascade Agenda relies on all aspects and sectors of our communities for its success.  Individuals and organizations throughout the region are publicly supporting the Agenda.  As we continue to expand this group and employ the "big tent" idea that enabled the success of the Cascade Dialogues, organizations and individuals supporting the Agenda will be called upon for their contributions towards forwarding the visions and goals of the Agenda.
