Your right to privacy is very important to all of us at The Cascade Agenda and The Cascade Land Conservancy. We recognize that providing us with personal information is an act of trust. We recognize that visitors to the Cascade Agenda site may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how we treat that information. Sharing Information is Your Choice

During your visit to our website, we collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information. In order to track of the number of visitors and what information on the site is most valued, we do collect information about when and how many visitors come to the site and what pages are most popular. We do not track this information by individual visitor.

Active Opt-in

The Cascade Agenda is committed to honoring our constituents' privacy preferences. We gather individual information on our website only when you explicitly provide it for the purpose of subscribing to an email list or signing up for an event. If you choose to sign up for only Cascade Agenda emails no other  e-mails will be sent to you.

List Exchange Policy

We do not share your email address with outside sources.

External Links & Vendors

Our surveys and electronic newsletters are handled by external vendors SurveyMonkey and WhatCounts. None of these vendors may use your personal information for any purpose beyond the administration of Cascade Agenda donations and e-mail newsletters. They store individual’s information securely and only Cascade Land Conservancy's appointed systems administrators may access it for the sole purpose of Cascade Agenda related work.


Our website may contain links to other organizations and government agencies. This is a service to our visitors, and we attempt to make sure that they are all active sites with pertinent content. However, we cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies on sites to which we link. If you consider this important information, please read the privacy policy on those sites.
